Chad’s career in the automotive industry began in the family business with his father. Growing up in a small town instilled the values of hard work, commitment and superior customer service. After selling the business, Chad spent five years representing one of world’s the largest automotive manufacturers supporting dealers in the southeast region.
Over the past 12 years, Chad has worked directly with dealers onsite in 49 states (over 30 OEM’s) including every major metropolitan area in the U.S. Chad has a broad view and a deep understanding in all facets of dealer operations, organizational development, performance management, valuations, sales, and service.
In addition to his network and industry knowledge, Chad’s ability to relate to a dealer on a personal and professional level enables him to establish a unique rapport with each dealer, especially when it comes to the consideration of buying or selling a business.
Beyond his professional achievements, Chad overcame the odds and beat throat cancer in 2003. Faith and family are Chad’s top priorities and these values carry over to his treatment of others. As a foster parent, Chad’s proudest moment was adopting Chase and Angelina in 2013—his crowning achievement to date.
